Ordering & Delivery

To keep things simple, here is how we handle your orders. 

 

Production begins once you approve your proof. If you give us the thumbs up by 5pm, we start right away. Approvals sent after 5pm will move your start date to the following working day. 

 

While we always aim for speed, please remember that delivery dates are estimates. Sometimes things happen that are out of our hands, like bad weather or traffic. Because of this, we cannot provide compensation for shipping delays, but we will always be here to help track and chase things up for you. 

 

Once your order is ready, we will send tracking details your way so you can monitor its journey. If a delivery fails twice, the package returns to us, so please ensure someone is there to receive your fresh prints. 

 

If you've ordered multiple products, they may arrive in separate deliveries as different items often finish printing at different times or use different couriers. Since we don’t store jobs onsite, we dispatch every part of your order as soon as it is ready so you get your items as quickly as possible.
