What is the turnaround time?
We typically deliver within 3–5 working days from the moment you approve your final proof. If your deadline is tight, please let us know and we will do our best to find a faster option.
Do you check my files first?
Yes, we do. Every order includes a free file check where we review bleed, dimensions, and resolution to make sure everything looks perfect before we go to print.
Is your paper sustainable?
Totally. We use FSC-certified paper for all our products. If you would like the FSC logo added to your artwork, we can include it at no extra cost.
Can I order custom dimensions?
Definitely. We can provide bespoke sizes for most projects. Just let us know the dimensions you need, and our team will provide a tailored quote for your work.
Do you offer design services?
While we don’t offer a full design service, we are happy to make small tweaks to your existing files to ensure they are 100% ready for the printing process.
Which file types do you need?
High resolution, press ready PDFs with bleed are best. We can also work with JPEG, PNG, or TIFF files, but PDF is always preferred for the best quality.
How do I send you my artwork?
Small files can be emailed straight to us. For larger files, please use a free service like WeTransfer and simply send us the download link to view your designs.
Can I change my artwork after approval?
Please contact us immediately if you need a change. If production hasn’t started, we can update it; once printed, changes are not possible and may require a reprint ordering at your expense, so please make sure the correct file is supplied.
Will the colours be an exact match?
Screens use RGB while we print in CMYK, so tiny shifts can occur. To get the best result, set your files to CMYK. We can't guarantee exact matches across different orders or materials, but we calibrate our machines daily to keep things looking as close as possible to your proof.
What if there is an issue with my order?
If you aren't happy, reach out to us as soon as possible. Please send a few photos of the issue so we can investigate and find a solution, such as a fix or a reprint. Please refer to our T&C's on this process.
Can I order a single sample?
We are unable to offer samples or very small quantities due to our minimum print run requirements. However, we ensure your final print matches your approved digital proof, so you can visualise how this will look
Ordering & Delivery
To keep things simple, here is how we handle your orders.
Production begins once you approve your proof. If you give us the thumbs up by 5pm, we start right away. Approvals sent after 5pm will move your start date to the following working day.
While we always aim for speed, please remember that delivery dates are estimates. Sometimes things happen that are out of our hands, like bad weather or traffic. Because of this, we cannot provide compensation for shipping delays, but we will always be here to help track and chase things up for you.
Once your order is ready, we will send tracking details your way so you can monitor its journey. If a delivery fails twice, the package returns to us, so please ensure someone is there to receive your fresh prints.
If you've ordered multiple products, they may arrive in separate deliveries as different items often finish printing at different times or use different couriers. Since we don’t store jobs onsite, we dispatch every part of your order as soon as it is ready so you get your items as quickly as possible.
